All clients are to have a full medical examination of BP, pulse, height, weight, listening to the heart, listening to the lungs, checking the abdomen, checking the testicles in males, breast examination in females, check of the nervous system, looking in the eyes, looking in the ears, basic hearing test by whisper and basic smell test. In some cases it may also be appropriate to do a colour blindness assessment. Urinalysis should be done but not a PR (unless indicated). The blood test requirements

NB: The doctor will ask about your medical history, so further information maybe required from your GP or specialist. Therefore please fill in the provided GP Contact Consent Form or bring contact details (name, phone number, address, email, fax number etc) with you to the medical.
You can make an appointment by calling 126 Harley Street 0207 935 4072 (Weekdays and Saturdays £40) or the London Imaging Centre on 0207 467 8800 (£40-50) or the more expensive option (£58) with extended hours at the Princess Grace Hospital, 42-45 Nottingham Place, tel.: 0207 908 2000. The Princess Grace Hospital is open 8am-8pm, Mon-Saturday (London Imaging Centre is only open 9 am - 5pm and only every second Saturday).
Your medical is sent by medical courier to the London High Commission, which costs £10, or £20 worldwide.
Your valid passport, 4 passport pictures, medical report forms (see below) and contact details for your GP -name, fax, telephone, practice, address and email.
NB: Please do not call us for results on your blood tests or X-Ray. We will contact you if there is a problem with any of your results or X-Ray. Due to the number of patients we see each year, the administrative team will not call each person with their individual results. We would appreciate your cooperation with this and thank you for it.
