Tele dermatology at Number One Health Group Ltd – The Executive Skin Service

What we offer

In a 30 minute appointment our doctor who is not a specialist dermatologist takes down your history, examines you, maps and takes digital pictures of your skin areas of concern.  Our doctor uses dedicated high-security software to send your history and images to our expert dermatologist.  Within 24 hours your report is available to you by email.
In more than 80% of cases we can give you an accurate diagnosis just
by this technique.  In a further 20% of cases we will need to refer you for
a direct physical examination with one of our specialist dermatologists (Charges for this vary but start from £200)

What it costs you

For 30 minutes with our doctor, the digital upload and your report within 24 hours £160 only.

After the consult

If you are in the 80% with a clear diagnosis, you will also receive  a recommendation on treatment.  For the additional fee of the medication (prices vary) we can deliver the medication to you at home or office.  A physical review with or doctors is charged at normal rates of £105 per half hour.

Prescriptions if required

As above.

Why we offer this service

NHS dermatology waiting times vary across the country – some are several months.  The shortage of dermatologist in the private sector means that even for a private appointment you may need to wait up to 6 weeks.  Executive Skin Screen offers a rapid and reliable solution for one of your most precious assets – your skin.

Mole Screening and Mole Monitoring at Number One Health Group Ltd – The Executive Skin Service (in association with www.molemonitor.co.uk)

What we offer

If you just have one or two moles our doctor charges £105 per half hour to take you full history and examine the moles with a dermatoscope.  A sophisticated computer scores the moles for likelihood of cancer.  We advise you as to which moles should be removed and which can be left alone.  Mole removal prices vary.

If you have tens or hundreds of moles after our doctor has made an initial assessment, our photographer takes a detailed body map with a digital camera.  This information helps assess the development of each of your moles over time.

Mole mapping provides a full set of 14 to 16 standardised baseline high resolution medical photographs of the entire skin surface.
These identify the location and condition of every mole on the body. By regular comparison patient and doctor can spot changes in existing moles and any new moles that may develop. This assists in the earlier diagnosis of malignant melanoma. Mole mapping is particularly relevant for people with many and diverse moles.

What it costs you

Few moles - £105 to see the doctor plus Mole Analysis £165 for 6 moles -£15 for each additional mole.

Lots of moles - £105 to see the doctor plus £315 for mapping and dermoscopy together.
