Pre-Employment Health Assessment

Ensuring a prospective employee is fit to conduct the role and does not have any pre existing conditions that may be affected by or render him/her incapable of performing the job.

At all times our assessments meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.

The assessment provides a baseline of health on joining the company.

Can be conducted via:

  • Postal health questionnaire
  • Physical assessment by nurse or doctor
  • A combination of both
